If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement size will be dispatched.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind purchases
- Worn or washed items
- Sale items
Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing. Our hoodies feature a fitted cut and a structured heavyweight fabric with limited stretch. If you prefer extra room or easier layering, we recommend sizing up.
Refund Process
If your return is approved due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only the product cost paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.
